1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stitches Count ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Products & Orders

4.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to display accurate colors and details. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

4.3 Payment

Payment is required in full before production begins for ready-made items. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work commences.

4.4 Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. We will provide a detailed quote and estimated timeline before starting. Any changes to the design after production starts may affect the timeline and price.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (Nigeria): 2–5 business days processing + shipping time
International: 5–10 business days processing + shipping time
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to carrier

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Ready-Made Items

You may return unused items within 7 days of delivery
Items must be in original condition with tags attached
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after receipt

6.2 Custom Orders

Non-refundable once production has commenced
If we are unable to fulfill the order, a full refund will be issued
Minor design variations inherent in handmade items are not grounds for return

6.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at joanolajire@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including patterns, designs, product photos, logos, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Stitches Count unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Purchased patterns are for personal use only. Commercial use of our patterns or designs is prohibited without a separate licensing agreement.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other community members
Post spam, misleading content, or malicious code
Attempt to bypass our security measures
Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stitches Count shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ogun State, Nigeria.
